Here's a work around that we use, in the unit number column, we put the color in () behind the fleet number. Not sure if that would work for you, but we've never had a conflict with it. Good luck

While vehicle maintenance by mileage intervals and outstanding recommendations inside Manager SE are fairly universal across US and Canada, state inspections are not. I believe this is why they aren't factored in the datasets used by SCRM to generate the email reminders. I can re-check with SocialC...

For what it is worth, in our shop, when I finish printing an invoice and the question pops up "Do I want to schedule another appointment?" I will click YES and I can then set up a reminder to contact the owner and set up an appointment for the next inspection, oil change, or whatever. Furthermore, ...
