Re: Oil Change Stickers
We started out using the 450. NEVER had an issue with the labels sticking and we're in East Texas (extreme colds and hots). We did however have issues with fading. We ended up upgrading to the GoDex printer. Now those stickers aren't that hard to get off with a fingernail, but they almost always lea...

Re: Invoice Without Breakdown?
I am curious......how are you able to give a lump sum estimate for repairs and the customer not ask about the cost of parts and labor. Everyone around here always asks for the breakdown. Also if they do ask how do you handle that? Well, we usually give 1 price for everything, so it goes something l...

Re: Invoice Without Breakdown?
Looks like that's exactly what we needed. Getting the OK for a $500 repair, then complaints about how much the parts cost was getting old. Thanks again I am curious......how are you able to give a lump sum estimate for repairs and the customer not ask about the cost of parts and labor. Everyone aro...

Invoice Without Breakdown?
Is there any invoice available that does not break down parts and labor? Just gives a total $ amount for the job performed? If not, can I request one to be made?

Re: 2008 Dodge RAM: Bleeding Brakes - What Am I Missing?
I'm gonna say you're problem is somewhere in the front. I wouldn't go back to the master cylinder. If you're clamping off the front brake lines and the issue goes away, all you've eliminated from the system is everything back from the brake lines. That leaves only the front calipers and mounting equ...

Attached Parts
I have an inventory record that I can't delete because it says it is an attached part. Any way to easily find out which part it is attached to?

Re: Lube Sticker Pro Looks At History Records For Future?
I looked through the lube sticker program, report pro, and message manager this morning, along with the help document. Couldn't find it anywhere!!! I know I'm not going crazy, but I remember we did this when we first got it.

Re: Automated Oil Changes / Scheduler
I am going to turn this "feature" off too. Going through the schedule in advance is a PITA. Kinda defeats the object. We tried the same thing. Every day/week, we would go through the schedule for the next few days and try to find appointments for people who already had been in, but sometimes you'd ...

Re: Lube Sticker Pro Looks At History Records For Future?
Hmmmm, it definitely used to be a feature. I've been a bolt on customer for 3+ years I think, so they may have done away with the feature. I certainly remember when we first signed up that you could have the program look back through your history and schedule 100s of appts based on history in the sy...

You are right, it will do that. I have not had my coffee yet, so give some other members some time and I'm sure they'll chime in with the solution

Re: Automated Oil Changes / Scheduler
I haven't noticed an update yet. We ultimately turned off the 'auto schedule an appointment' feature until they fix it. Customers were annoyed getting an appointment reminder for an oil change when they just got one last week

Re: Thank You Card Labels: Dymo LabelWriter 450
I've always wondered what you do when you only have 10 labels to print. What do you do with the rest? Do you just use it next time and shift everything down in the template?
