The assignment of your texting phone number is all handled in the application. It will begin by trying to assign a phone number based on the area code in your Shop Setup Information. When I tried to request a texting phone# it said my account does not support texting, I'm thinking I need to call in?

The service writer just had a car that he was throwing wiper blades on & didn't want to have to put the miles in - so we are out of luck for that too? We used to be able to bypass it.

We work on trailers as well as vehicles. Just tried to print out a slip with the 7.5 version & we were unable to do zero miles. Without totally shutting off the mileage requirements - is there a way around it? If you try to continue to print when the pop up comes up - it won't continue.

Are you checking off User Entered Price on the inventory part in the work order, or in the inventory list? If you're changing it on the work order it won't persist through other orders, but if you change it in inventory, it will keep that pricing every time you add that part onto a new RO. It is wh...
