Re: Sort Vendor to be Listed 1st Under Button?
Not quite that soon; but I'm hopeful we'll be able to get it worked out before too long.

Re: Sort Vendor to be Listed 1st Under Button?
The default sort is by Vendor ID, which is established as the order of creation for the vendor. If you have no inventory records tied to the US Autoforce vendor, there really shouldn't be in harm in removing it. However, I'd personally just unlink the catalog from that vendor, and make a new vendor...

Re: AutoPartSearch Catalog - Now Available
Can someone walk me though adding this catalog? I did not see anything that stood out in the catalog availability tabs. Hi Brian, You should definitely see the option. Something might be amiss if you do not, and you may need to touch base with support. However, here's what to look for: Toggle.png T...

Re: Nexpart Buyer Hub
Trying to keep this to the shortest version possible: We're definitely still working back and forth with WHI regularly. We are trying to remediate some issues they are having in development (we don't see the same). The multi-seller catalog setup has been secondary in focus to our feature objective f...

Re: Edit appointment confirmation text template
Hi Chris,
Can you clarify - are you sending the text manually? Or is it being sent automatically by our CRM service? The last post sounds like the latter.

Re: MISSING BRANDS/VEHICLES?
Hello and Welcome, Tony.
We don't do exotic vehicles in general, so there are very few available in the vehicle selector.
As for the RAMs, the 4500 and 5500 are considered commercial vehicles. They won't appear in the standard version of ShopKey, but rather in our commercial vehicle products.

Re: quote-revision-print issue
Yes, we're fixing a similar issue when attempting to print balance due statements when there are no customers that have an outstanding balance. Should be simple enough to fix it for both use cases.

Re: ManagerSE 8.3.1.40
Thanks, Ric.
This version is indeed just a replacement for 8.3.1.36 to resolve a couple of issues. If you already have 8.3.1, there is not likely to be a need to apply this update.

Re: 8.3.1 Update Questions
When will we see the integration with the Fleet vendors, IE. ARI, Auto Integrate? I have been looking forward to not having to type duplicates of work orders. I have mine all set up but it gives me an error when I click the "online" box. The drop down menu vendor type box is nonexistent but require...

It will be in the next major update (8.4) - and possibly before then if we have an interim release.nickscarcare wrote: ↑Mon Aug 23, 2021 4:59 amWhen is that going to be implimented? Will it be at next update. One reason I have not updated yet.

Re: US Auto Force Catalog interface & price carry over
A fine question, Becky. The integration on their end could be updated to make this smoother. We introduced a flag specific to tires a few years ago. If/when tires come back from catalogs with that designation, we automatically add the fees specified in the Tire Matrix area. The ATD and Tireweb catal...

Re: Counter Sale Printing
Hi Tim,
My advice - if you add Labor - make it a regular invoice. Counter Sales were never designed to be more than simple OTC parts. Labor wasn't able to be added to them until a few years back, and frankly it's not a workflow we're going to support any further.
