Re: Huge Problem Since 7.3.10 Update?
I've had them run a database patch several times. It doesn't help. Is it too much to ask for mitchel to fix this?

Re: Huge Problem Since 7.3.10 Update?
Any word on a fix yet. It's been a month of constantly locking up multiple times per day. I don't think I'm out of line asking to get this fixed.

Re: Oil Change Stickers
No offense John but the answer you gave is why I'm beginning to have less and less faith in the product. The product itself has great intentions. But we bought the product to provide a professional appearance. To give a solution to "Stack 2 stickers on top of each other" is pretty hokey. I love the ...

Re: Oil Change Stickers
The lubes stickers really look nice when they're new.... but do fade really bad. We used the Blue stickers suggested by Bolt on. They're extremely expensive and fade so we bought some other labels online. While they work they fade even more but I spent $8 per thousand instead of $140 per thousand. D...

Huge Problem Since 7.3.10 Update?
Has anyone else had a ton of problems since the last sql update? Our problems started as soon as we ran the Mitchel update that needed to be ran before the microsoft update. The host computer began locking up. They worked on it a bit and then it would work until we started applying payments. Pretty ...

Re: New Tire Matrix
Rumor has it we may get a change to the matrix that lets us enter dollar amounts not %. All the quoting softares I've looked at offer dollars and GP%. Any chance this is coming soon. We quote to customers that way as a tiered dollar amount but have to manually enter everything into Mitchel.

Re: New Tire Matrix
I've tried playing around with it. One issue we have is we include everything in the price. So when we give a customer a price on a tire it's mounted, balanced, new stems, sealed beads, disposal of the tire. So this makes it a little difficult. I'll have to work on it more.

New Tire Matrix
There's a new tire matrix in the setup. Can anyone tell me how it knows it's a tire. Is it the "Category" marked tire? or is it in the inventory when you click the "Checkbox" for tire? It appears you assign a category. Also is there a way to mark it up by a specific $ amount not %.

Re: Keeping Track Of Maintenance?
Have you timed how long it takes. My writers are saying 8 minutes an R.O., which seems reasonable. But if they each have 15 vehicles it's almost a hour and a half.

Re: Horizons dashboard
I do believe Bolton is beginning to price themselves right out of the market with all these add ons. We joined knowing it was $100 a month more than alot of other digital inspections out there. However I thought with all the additional features that were available with Bolton it would be a good choi...

Re: Email Batch Statements
Another suggestion. Be able to assign customers to a batch to print or email statement. So people that you have emails for get them emailed. The people that you don't have emails for you can print them in bulk

Having something like this would be nice. Especially if you could generate a report for payroll. Simply walking in the morning of payroll and hitting "print" would sure save time.

Re: Time clock
We're trying to use this but we're running into some issues. Let's say we have a labor line that is .5 charge hours, .5 tech payed hours, and the tech punched in and had .25 in it. 1) The writer decides to charge the customer .7 hours instead of .5.....when he changes it mitchel changes the actual t...
