Re: Mark up per customer

I kinda figured that, but thought there might be something I was missing.

We can just go thru and manually adjust them for now. It would probably be a dangerous thing to have in a real world setting because it could get clicked accidentally!

Mark up per customer

I know this may or may not have been discussed before. Is it possible to adjust mark up by customer? We are looking at a side venture (building trailers) and would like to use our current program to "bill out" the trailer costs - but don't want to have the prices marked up, as we want to know what t...

Fixed it & now I can get in again) It is most likely a user login issue. We had some changes done on the backend of our catalog login system recently. Som...

Mighty Catalog error

When trying to get into our Mighty Catalog from Mitchell I get this error:

I am reaching out to our Mighty Rep as well, but thought it might be possibly something on the Mitchell side that is not happy.

Thank you

Make sure to pack some good walking shoes! (And when you get the call that you won - don't do what I did & think it was a prank!!!) :D

Re: Crystal report error since 8.0.9 update - FIXED

Kudo's to Mitchell for the fast service. Before I even had a chance to call support, I was getting a call from support. He was able to remote in & fix the problem in 2 minutes. :D

Re: O'Reilly Catalog opens, but no parts listing

That worked like a charm!!

We use that computer/station every day. It has probably been three or four days since it started acting up, just hadn't had time to trouble shoot it.

Thank you!!

O'Reilly Catalog opens, but no parts listing

I have a strange issue. The O'Reilly cataloging works on all the computers except one work station. It opens up the screen, but then does not have columns in the center for choosing the part. The header & the side bar are there, but the center of the screen is blank. All of the other work stations i...

Re: Repairlink & Ford Illustration view

Another thing RepairLink related I do, We add every Manufacturer we can. Example, I have Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor as a dealer in RL. I can use it then to look up MB parts, once I sell the job I simply call the dealer we have an account with. We have been doing that too! That is why the illustrati...

Re: Repairlink & Ford Illustration view

The subject kinda got dropped like a hot rock...... I just go directly to their web site and look stuff up. The photos all show up, just have to waste the time to transfer the part/price info. Thank you for that information - I never even thought about that option. At least we can see the illustrat...

Repairlink & Ford Illustration view

I know this has been addressed in the forum before, but I searched & can't see if anyone has a solution. When looking up Ford vehicles in Repairlink - instead of the illustration view - there is just a greyed out area. Is it something wrong on their end? Or something we need to update on our compute...

Re: Data link splice pack location

Something to possibly check is if mice have been doing their business in the fuse box/block. We have had quite a few problems this spring with crazy codes & parts not wanting to communicate with each other, only to find out that the mice were using the fuse box/block as a restroom & causing the modu...
