Updated to 8.0.1 . Download & update went great. But now if you put the mileage in & out in and then go to add something to the work order - the in mileage blanks out.

If you are having problems accessing US Auto Force - they switched from WISE catalog to Nextlink. It is pretty easy to switch it over. Silky,

With that work flow - you cannot text a customer unless they have a customer record, correct?

This is a great addition to our software - I can't wait for the time stamp on the text message center main screen.

Another idea for the developers - would it be possible to have the date/time in the all conversations window? Message size probably isn't as important as knowing when the last time the message was responded to or sent.

There is actually no un-install option for propak on the windows menu. I did shut off the auto start, but for some reason every time windows does a update it restores the disable :(

Removing ProPak

Since we do not use any of the other features, we have decided to switch to the Mitchell texting & have cancelled our subscription to Bolt-On. However, I do not find any way to remove the software and the auto load from our systems. Is there a way to remove the software?

Does the texting in Mitchell send an appointment reminder, like the bolt on product did? In this initial phase, MessageCenter itself doesn't have the automation. However if the shop also has texting with SocialCRM, the reminders can be sent. Good to know - at this point we can just manually remind ...
