Figures. If I understand it correctly. Each parts company makes there own catalog and all Mitchell does is allow you to access it via the invoice screen. So that being said Id bet it is on there end. Ive found over time the parts companies do not seem to know how it works.

Does anyone know is the crm manager? My agent keeps changing and they seem to not know what is really going on. There response is call support. Support is not for the crm just management program.

I would start a new vehicle. If the plate was the same I would delete it from the old vehicle and mark the old vehicle to not receive crm. I am not sure what you mean by that. This vehicle was added 1/2015 and that production date was added at that time. I do not look at a lot of tech sheets I just happened to look at this one when working on it to get an idea of the hose life and noticed it.
