I have noticed this a few times and keep forgetting to reach out on it. I see it shows up wrong on the tech sheet even when put in correctly. Ideas?

What was the fix for this?

Recheck EGR valve operation and MAF readings. Does it show induction leak readings on the scanner if so use those to see if you can see which side the leak is on.

I have never been asked to do this unless my accountant does it for automatically which I do not see how they could based on what I give them. I do not any longer do government work but a few years back did a lot of it with no issues.

Did you load test the wiring or just use a dvom? Did you test the wiring to the speed sensors? Have you tried a different scan tool?

The ebcm? What are the codes? Have you LOAD tested the wiring to the ebcm? Did you program the tire size? Id want to know the ebcm is bad before replacing that way if I got a defective part we would know that.

Manager SE and ShopKey are the same thing, just different branding. The online information is likely SureTrack or Intelligent Diagnostics. What are the differences between Manager Se and shop key. I am thinking about the snap on zues which includes online information in a yearly form from shop key. Which we already pay for with manager so I wondering if we would keep both or get a discount for having paid for both or how this works?

What do you mean? You can make as many default ones as you want and use the pull down menu to apply them.

We work everything up as revisions when the vehicle is in. This includes a lot of things for future sales. Sometimes people want these estimates again later. I guess I noticed the notes not printing in one of those instances. I do not open a new order every time this happens nor do I really want to.

I had noticed in the past - if you are printing revisions when you have an invoice,repair order, or estimate on the main screen, the notes print. If you go to the revisions and print with out an invoice or estimate open the notes do not print. I just double checked to verify & that is still the way...

I just verified and mine also print from the revision screen so we are good to go. I guess I misunderstood.

I agree with the notes being on revisions but with a box to check for use. So when giving the customer the estimate it shows up on there copy. If I did any advertisement or kick backs I would use it. I do not so have not had a real need to.
