Texting Customers?

Post by mjfonte »

It would be very helpful to have the ability to be able to text my customers from Mitchell SE when I need a decision on something and/or to inform them that their vehicle is ready. Are there any work-arounds? Any suggestions?

I totally agree- we have had it for over a year now.. & love it! Customers love it too. & Those that don't we just have a spot on the phone list that says No Text & put there phone number there. Otherwise it is great!

My business partner wrote a texting program we use daily, but it is it's own stand alone program. We have our own telephone number for this and it works well.
