Open Recall Feature 7.0.18

Post by ricmorin »

There's a new feature that currently works with Toyota vehicles that I thought I'd share. It's called Open Recalls.

You'll find the button on the Order tab at the end of the upper buttons. If the vehicle has no recalls open, the button is dimmed.

If there are open recalls, the button is lit.

When you click on the button, you get a window with the recall data.

What's cool is you can print it from the window for your customer, OR copy it to the clipboard and paste it into a note right on the order.

What a great feature. Thank you M1! I hope more manufacturers follow this lead.

I saw that and thought that is a great feature, great job guys!!
Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me, I want people to know why I look this way. I've traveled a long way, and some of the roads weren't paved.

Great feature! Hopefully all manufactures will be included in the future. Unfortunately for me I must be one of the last to get updates. I might see this feature next year lol.

You'll be getting this fairly soon, we just started batching out 7.0.18 and it's going to bigger groups of 7.x shops now.

That actually is pretty cool. I can't wait to see it in action. It will certainly show our customer we are on top of things.

This has already impressed a few of my customers when I see this button not greyed out. It would be nice if they could maybe make the button color red, or even flash red, if there is an open recall. I'm not complaining by any means, but would make it easier to notice. Way to go M1, love this feature.
