Hello. I'm looking for some advice on how to easily bill out state safety inspections to customers.
The state charges us $2.50 per inspection sticker.
They allow us to charge $12.50 per inspection.
We tried creating a "canned job" but then it lists the sticker twice on the invoice. Once under parts and once under labor. We are trying to avoid that. We want it to display once as a state inspection but to include our cost of the sticker to keep our paperwork in order.
Any ideas?

Re: Billing State Safety Inspections?
you can bill the sticker out as zero sale price. then include the price in labor. You akready know what the sticker costs.
