Ordered Part Lines Color Change?
Ordered Part Lines Color Change?
We have been told that there is a setting that after the part is ordered, the part line will change color. Also after the part is received we can change the line color. Can someone walk me through the setting change to make this happen?
Thanks,
Aaron
Thanks,
Aaron

There is no 'setting' for this. It happens automatically. What version are you running?

6.5SE. This was a feature that we thought would be great when we first switched from 5.9 but that feature does not work on our system.

You were going to confirm exactly which version you were running? It is located in the lower RH corner. It will say 6.5.20 or something else.AUTO1 wrote:6.5SE. This was a feature that we thought would be great when we first switched from 5.9 but that feature does not work on our system.

Let me guess, you have a Parts List version and not an Inventory version?

Thank you. As above, I'm guessing that you also have Manager (Parts List) and not Manager Plus (Inventory), is that correct?AUTO1 wrote:Sorry 6.5.37

Re: Ordered Part Lines Color Change?
For everyone: The line color for parts ordered status (Ordered / Received) is driven by a flag that is ONLY in the Inventory table which is not active in the parts list version.
The good news is that EVERYONE is going to have the full inventory version soon under the singular name of Manager SE 6.5 or SK Management SE 6.5. Then you will see this and all the other things you should've had all along.
September is the last month that Manager SE appears in our price list along with Manager Plus SE; starting in October there will be a SINGLE version as stated above. Watch for details about your existing subscriptions soon.

Fifteen bucks I believe. May vary slightly depending on how many users you have.sbebenelli wrote:So I gotta ask, I assume there will be a price increase for us parts list version guys?timbre4 wrote:For everyone: The line color for parts ordered status (Ordered / Received) is driven by a flag that is ONLY in the Inventory table which is not active in the parts list version.
