In Revision Detail - REASON the space is too small and there is not enough room to type in the explanation of what you are doing for the revised amount. In CA the BAR requires you to explain what you are doing (specific job for a specific price) To comply we really need the room to type in what we are doing for the increased price i.e. replace water pump, fan clutch, cooling system fluid exchange, etc. Even that explanation WILL NOT FIT in the reason box. I request that the reason box area be expanded to let CA shops comply with the BAR regulations. What do the rest of you think?

When I run out of room I simply open another "Labor" box and keep on typing. They all blend together on the invoice pretty well

That field is not intended to store anything beyond the basic reason text. The requirement we've seen is that each Revision $ amount must appear separately and we do honor that.
