I am sure I saw where we could have the system set where the techs could see the ro from a laptop. I searched with Rich results (nada). I know we can log into Pro Demand from in the shop but wanted to be able to see ro also. Thanks, Jeff.

How does this work?

It's a simple viewer that allows the tech to see the RO and change the status and location.

I'm thinking that anything more would require an additional user license. We run full Manager for each tech on wireless laptops.

Just ran to an old machine that has the viewer on it. Here's what you can do.

Users can view the WIP. They can select which columns to view from 16 choices. Columns are sortable. Uses can view which type of record types to view. They can view records. They can add notes to RO's. They can change location, status and add an out mileage. You can also change the text size and column widths.

Hmm maybe ill try it on one and see.
