Discount On Receive Payment?

WE HAVE ACCOUNTS THAT CHARGE US A FEE FOR USING THERE SERVICES AND THERE IS NO WAY TO APPLY THIS DISCOUNT AT TIME OF PAYMENT. THEREFORE LEAVING AN UNPAID BALANCE.

We just create a Payment Type specific to that account and apply it to the remaining balance when collecting. So if ABC fleet charges 2%, make a payment type called ABC Fleet discount and use that payment type to pay off the balance of a job.
