Add Photos To Customer Database

Post by scgms1 »

Is there a way to add photos to my database? My thoughts would be - RPO labels, vehicle damage, work done, work needed, unsafe conditions... Currently I'm taking pictures, but it would be much easier if it just comes up when the customer screen is entered. Thanks!

This is a long standing request on our enhancement list.

It came up in a recent development discussion along with some concerns as to size, format, bandwidth, security, storage and so on. We need to address all of these related backend details before anything can happen.

In the meantime, we have created subfolders in our pictures folder and named them by invoice #. Any photos that refer to the repairs made on that invoice, get stored in the folder that carries that invoice number as a name. Just an idea.
