Creating a pdf invoice
Creating a pdf invoice
Is there a way to create a pdf document of the invoice without having to first print then scan back into the computer? I want to email / fax via Vonage invoices to extended warranty companies thru Outlook 2007. Can this be done?

What version of Manager are you using? The newest version has an email button on the bottom of the invoice screen.
I have had a few times for some reason that won't work. So I just print to screen & then in the upper left corner you can save it as a pdf & email it from that location.

rhillig is correct. From the Invoice, simply click on the email button and a pdf of the invoice will be created and attached to your email.

Re: Creating a pdf invoice
DOWN LOAD PDF FACTORY SOFTWARE, THEN IT CREATES A PRINTER CALLED PDF. SO ONCE YOU PRINT TO SCREEN, PICK PDF PRINTER, ONCE SCREEN SHOT COMES UP YOU CAN PICK EMAIL PRINTER SAVE TO FILE.

While you can certainly use PDF Factory if you want to, you no longer NEED that program to get PDF copies of ANY printable document within Manager. Once the document is on the screen, click the Export button (top left hand button), choose a file name and select 'PDF' from the 'Save As Type' pull down menu and click Save. Quick and easy.
