Could we please allow apostrophe ' and quotation marks " in the recommendation field?

This is not possible as these are reserved for programming code. WORKAROUND: Use the ` character found under the tilde ~ key in the uppermost left corner above the Tab key.

I don't know if it is helpful, but you can type " elsewhere, copy it and paste it into the recommendation area.

I would NOT recommend doing that. You may cause problems with the database.
