And every time I click on it, it updates the time promised. Each and every day, I'm pushed farther and farther from renewing with Mitchell over small things like this.

Looking through the WIP page, there is an RO from 600+ #s ago, that has today's date on it as the "Time Promised". I clicked it open to see what it was, an EGR tube or something, and when I get back to the WIP page, the "Time Promised" is updated to the exact second that my PC shows.

So you have an open repair order awaiting repair and when you open it it changes the date promised. My system does not do this. I just tried on two. What did technical support say?

If I understand correctly, you have an old Counter Sale that was closed out and now it's back? If that's the case, please contact support. There may be some corruption in your database.

I'm more confused now. Did the counter sale show up on its own or was it an open r.o.? Either way you should call tech support they are very helpful.

I'm assuming it re-appeared. Why else would one have an order that was 600+ numbers old still open?
