Good morning,
These are some issues we are experiencing. Are there any corrections, adjustments, or work-arounds known?
-Mitchell crashing when printing or e-mailing.
-revisions not being deleted after transferring.
-estimates not having a total $ amount when printed out.
-not being able to change customer on an order and keep the vehicle the same.
-being able to apply credit to a specific invoice, not just the oldest invoice for that account.
-tab and scroll features for drop downs inconsistent in different areas of SE.
-lag and slow response especially when opening an order from WIP and when printing an invoice, but just general lag and slow response. It would be nice if while printing an invoice that other tasks could be worked on and the whole program not stalled and waiting for the print to complete.
-emailing statements to customers
-when entering phone numbers starts in middle, not at the left.

Good afternoon. In the future, it may be beneficial to ask one question at a time and under the correct heading. This helps users in the future find answers easily.
Call support on this as it is beyond the scope of the forum.-Mitchell crashing when printing or e-mailing.
Remember to select this checkbox-revisions not being deleted after transferring.
Will need to see an example, know what version you are on and which estimate template you use.-estimates not having a total $ amount when printed out.
This should not be a common occurrence. If it is you may want to review your practices. You CAN do this by using the Change Ownership button. You change ownership of the vehicle, not the other way around. This works on open orders when prompted.-not being able to change customer on an order and keep the vehicle the same.
You will continue to see this as development adds functionality to windows.-tab and scroll features for drop downs inconsistent in different areas of SE.
Export the report output to a pdf and attach to an email.-emailing statements to customers
Please explain further. My system starts at the left as it should.-when entering phone numbers starts in middle, not at the left.

This happens to me often, however, i have found it is caused by where I click the mouse when i go to enter the number.-when entering phone numbers starts in middle, not at the left.
I have found what helps me is to.... in the customer tab, i open the "telephone list" and then click on the name of the line (home, work, cellular etc etc) this turns the box to the right of the name completely gray, i then just start typing the number in, area code and yada yada.
But i hear you, if you click on the phone number line in the wrong place you start entering anywhere on the line....

Thanks for the info. The "no $ amt on estimates was looked into almost a year ago by tech support. I supplied them with screenshots and they remoted in but to no avail. They needed to check further, but I didn't hear back. I was hoping maybe someone would have heard of a fix. I will contact tech support again on this and the crash issue.
The phone number issue occurs when clicking on the telephone box, only in the home line our area code is already filled in, but the office line automatically has the cursor flashing on the 4th number slot with no area code filled in ahead of it. I was told a update was pending a while ago, but the update did not fix this.
I agree on the fact that we need to change practices. It seems we need to ask who is calling before starting a new estimate, so we won't end up with duplicate vehicles for return customers. When using change customer tab, it always also changes to the first vehicle already entered under the customer.

I disagree with this one. There should not be inconsistencies when new functionality is added.
