For those who regularly deal with National Account repair and maintenance billing, has anyone found an efficient way to track parts and labor in Manager SE? Short of recreating a duplicate invoice in Mitchell under another account type, I haven’t found a process that works. I’d like to have a full picture of the shops output and sales in our reporting, including our Fleet transactions that are billed through an online portal. Thoughts?

We have some features coming in the near future that should help with this process.

I am going through the forum trying to answer a few questions and I am coming up with new questions to add to my list instead. (Oops!)

It's complicated.

We released the capability of Manager SE to send/replicate an Order to fleet vendors electronically. This would eliminate the need for you to re-key/duplicate the invoice in their web portal.

However, no fleet company has yet to complete this integration (we have some in various phases of work).
