DOES ANYBODY KNOW HOW I ACCESS QUICK JOB LIST TO ADD QUICK JOB TO RO

Is your "Quick Job list" the same as "Canned Jobs"?

i am not sure i have a canned job list but cant find the quick job list

If you are talking about the Canned Job List...
In a RO right-click on an open line and the Canned Job List should show up.

To add to the Canned Job List click Utilities -> Canned Jobs then select a Category then Search. TO ADD JOBS TO THE LIST: Double-Click or Edit a Job then check the Checkbox for Include in Quick Menu.

These are two separate things. For the Quick Menu, right click on any open line. For the entire list, click on the Jobs button or select the first item in the Quick List.
