i know it's locked for a reason and this probably will be deleted or renamed but i had to say, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU...............this simple requirement means so much to me.

I didn't notice it till I read this thread. If you could make a pop-up window happen the first time everyone goes to wrench after the announcement is posted it would help make sure everyone reads the reules before posting in these sections. The rules are very nicely done and I think they reflect the feelings of all the regular helpers.

Yes I agree. Several times I read a post that I felt I could be of help if only there was only more info given. Thanks for the reminders. It will likely benefit us all.
