Star scan scanner

Post by nickscarcare »

I am wondering from all you Chrysler guys out there, I have a guy wanting to sell me a Star Scan and a Star Mobile device with trigger, are these the newest scanners for Chrysler, and can I get the updates for the tools down the road?
Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me, I want people to know why I look this way. I've traveled a long way, and some of the roads weren't paved.

The StarScan system requires an active subscription to function. It's a wheel chock if you don't pay Chrysler the 1200 dollars a year (I think) to keep it functioning. If you have a subscription, you'll always be updated.

I believe the Wi-Tech is the latest tool from Chrysler. Here is some data http://www.dcctools.com/en/ss_info/index.html and http://www.dcctools.com/en/witech/index.html

I am still using the DRB3. So far I've only had a few occasions where I couldn't do something. Eventually I'll need to pony up.
