1940 Dimaond T

Hello everybody,
We have a goldie oldie here a 1940 Diamond T wil a hercules engine in it.
Need to know if anybody has ever worked on one and Removed the waterpump,
I managed to get a Seal Kit for the waterpump but something doesn't make sense on
how it comes out. Need some tips
