2003 GMC Yukon - Brake Line Identification

Post by nickscarcare »

1GKFK66U73J313325 I am trying to find a diagram of the abs module that shows where the brake lines go to. All I can find is ones with only 5 ports at the module, and the Yukon has 6 ports, one line for each rear brake. It is near impossible to try to trace these things without dropping the fuel tank.
Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me, I want people to know why I look this way. I've traveled a long way, and some of the roads weren't paved.

Jerry, in the rust belt here anything is near impossible to read. Rich, no that one is not correct either, I did find that one.

Is there any way the folks at Mitchell can see if there is a look up for this? Or just forget it?

The quickest route is to just give a call to support.

Spoke with the experts here and they gave me this info:
There is a TSB that has a year range from 1999 thru 2007 for this very thing - in 1Search, type in Brake Line, click on TSB Button, Anti-Lock Brakes - TSB Number 13-05-22-001D

If you can't find what you are looking for within 5 minutes of searching, the wrenches here suggest calling in (option 3).

Lazy Turtle, again that is for a 5 port system, I need 6. I can't imagine it is that much of an oddball, but it must be.

I don't think you read the entire bulletin. Keep scrolling and you'll see the diagram that contains the 6 port system.

Ha I just went back and looked again, and I only get 8 pages of that TSB. I went in through a different source and yes it pulls all of it. Great technology when it don't load all the pages.

I was just trying to figure out how to get the picture resized, to load it on here. That is what I came up with after trial and error of blowing air through one line with the ends cut off. I figured there had to be a diagram somewhere.
