2002 Cadillac Escalade - Drivetrain Issues FIXED

This cherry escalade has 209,000 miles on it. The new Or reman parts include Front Differential (reman) T-case (Reman) new cv axles new front wheel bearings rebalanced drive shafts. She came back to me a 4th time today with a complaint of a drivetrain noise. It ran out great when it left 2000 miles ago. The first time it came back the reman on the t-case was faulty. They only did a repair and left old bearings in GRRR But charged us for the reman. Then didnt want to warranty it because driveshafts werent balanced at time of t-case replacement. So we had the shafts checked and got it covered. 3rd time the front diff was on its way out. At that time we did the diff new axles and both wheel bearings. Customer didnt want it to come back a 4th so didnt want to spare any expense. Well its back. The drivers side wheel bearing was on its way out again. I replaced that but the noise is still there. It is making a hum similar to a tire noise that gets worse when I turn the wheel. The front diff is leaking oil around the driversside output shaft and believe it or not. The differential managed to make oil. It was filled to capacity and had an oil change 2 weeks ago by us. The differentials were checked and it was were it was susposed to be. Yet 2 weeks later I drained 3/4 of a quart of oil out of the fill plug. It has me baffled. Could the differential be going out again. Did I yet manage to get another crappy rebuild. Would a differential sound like a tire? Or am I just Missing something. The tire pressures are all were there suposed to be and even. Hopefully some one can give me some insight on were to go from here. Thank you for any input
