1997 Olds Bravada AWD - Park Pawl?

Post by orthp »

I have '97 Bravada awd when it is in park it rolls back on a slight hill, does anybody have any ideas ?
The park pawl is engaged but if you hold a little pressure against the vehicle, it will slowly move? I also have the front drive shaft out
getting it repaired. Wonder if that would have any bearing on that?

Thanks Paul

How far will it roll after being placed in park?
Uncle PETA said I could come back.

Check the T/C see if it is not working right if it has the two speed one. If it does pull the motor off and then put in to a gear yourself and see what happens then
