2006 GMC 2500 - Duramax 6.6L Code P0698

We are receiving code p0698 and truck will not rev over 2000 rpms....no throttle response?

REPLACED throttle pedal assy.....drove a few days did fine then customer picks it up drives it over the weekend calls Monday with same problem and same code....repeat again and its back again......2 tow bills later :( still with same code and wont go over 2000 rpm. :oops:
