WHEN I WAS FIRST CONTACTED TO TOW VEHICLE IN CUSTOMER STATED I WAS IN LIMP MODE. WHEN WE GOT TO THE VEHICLE IT STARTED AND RAN FINE, SCANNED IT AND RETRIEVED DTC 1516 ( PREDICTED VS ACTUAL TPS CORRELATION ERROR). I HAD THE TRUCK FOR THREE DAYS AND IT NEVER ACTED UP. CUSTOMER TOOK VEHICLE HAD IT FOR 2 DAYS AND IT ACTED UP ON HIM AGAIN. CUSTOMER WAITED FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES AND IT STARTED UP AND RAN FINE.
ANY IDEAS?

I'm going to lean towards a bad accel pedal. Watching pids will help if it acts up for you while your looking, and im a** u ming that its wireless.

Most common on these for wires to be broken inside the insulation near the connector at the TAC. Also occasionally a TAC module is bad. Try wiggling the wires near the TAC. Is P1516 the only code? I assume this is a 6.0 engine. You can check the sensors by either pulling them up on a scanner or scoping them while moving the throttle.
