2001 Ford Ranger - 3.0L How Much Parasitic Draw?

I have a 2001 Ford Ranger 3.0. It sits a lot and after sitting too long the battery will be dead. If it is driven weekly then it's fine. It has a 120 milliamp draw. I've searched and what people feel is acceptable is all over the place.
What do you guys think is acceptable before I go pursuing something that isn't there.

50 milliamps is the rule of thumb I use. 120 is too high in my opinion.

That's what I always thought but then I read an article by Optima batteries that said 100 was OK so I figured I'd ask.
Looks like I need to go further with the ranger.

Be sure to explain to the customer that the Keep Alive Memory will pull it down over a period of time. Solving the excessive draw may give it another week or two but not months on end.
