2003 Ford F350 - Pulls To Left

I have had it on the alignment rack, steering ends are not perfectly tight, but acceptable. I can get them to barely move up and down on the joint by turning the wheel without vehicle moving. Solid axle, 1/2 deg caster split. All numbers in the middle of manufactures range. Toe on the money. All spring bushings good. Ride height equal. Rotated tires. Out of options. The problem is getting worse.

Any ideas?

You switched the tires side to side and pull did not go with?

Did both front tires rotate with about the same friction? Like maybe a brake hanging a little bit?

checked that as well. Bearing fell good. Equal brake wear.

Can you post the exact specs please? 1/2 degree split is max. Might have to calm that down a bit.

has this vehicle just had some kinda work that the front diff was hanging? my thinking is the front brake hose could have been stretched or kinked, and the inner lining of the hose has become distorted.

is it pulling or drifting? braking or not braking? if during braking check pressure at calipers. i've seen brake lines that were replaced and adapters used causing this issue. flex lines are a fail point here. check and see if the mounts for the trailing arm are secure. i've seen them loose where it caused a pull without the rattle.

Also do a SAI or steering axle inclination which will indicate spindle problems. I would rotate only the fronts R-L to verify. Included angle should also be displayed after the SAI check.

Agree with William...cross rotate front tires (right to left). Front to back does not rule out radial tire pull.
