Truck has 66k miles. Starts fine and idles fine until the engine gets warm and then you can feel a tremble in the seat. It also does this at approx. 45 to 50 mph after its warm. Dealership has cleaned the air intake system and reprogrammed the computer and there are no codes stored.

Open to suggestions. Thanks

If i were to guess and i am for lack of information  , i would go with the speed factor meaning when it shifts into over drive and the vibration being present after warm up in drive. If it were stated that at the speeds indicated you could make the noise come and go by pressing and releasing the gas pedal i would be inclined to agree with something hitting the body or something that isn't insulated. This reminds me of the Green Muzi Ford that wouldn't start.
