2007 Ford F150 - A/C Not Working

I have an 07 5.4L and i noticed that the A/C was not working. I took it to the Dealership (
walkera rc heli) And they can't find the problem. They changed computers, the cabin temperature control head, and a transducer. Nothing fixed it. The compressor will not kick on but they can jump it and get it going.

Jump it where? Should have started another posting since this one is marked as fixed and different year.
