In order to help, I need some additional information please.

What code did you find in the BCM?
What exactly was wrong with the original switch?
Why did you replace the relays? Was something wrong with those?
Does this vehicle have DRL's?

bcm code headlamp switch input circurt high is the code
Head lamp switch did not past ohm test when I replace a year ago
Relays that II replace because the switch past the ohm test and only has 4000 miles on new switch just can see that the switch is bad at this time so then I replace the relays because they did have 148248 miles on relays.

Don't be too quick to not consider a faulty switch. We see defective OEM parts all the time, sometimes straight out of the box.

This system is complex, and with an intermittent condition it makes even more tricky. I doubt that relays would cause this code again, as they are on the control side of the BCM, not the input.

I don't see any TSB's or pattern failures on this problem. It's very possible that there is a connector problem somewhere, I'd look VERY carefully at the terminals, checking drag resistance.

There are only so many things it could be. BCM, switch or wiring. Considering the problem went away for a whole year, I'd say you had a defective switch, but that's only playing the odds. I'd want to rule out anything else before I pulled that trigger.
