There is no maintenance schedule for this vehicle 1J4GW38S82C233589. Good thing the owners manual is in there. Lady wants to keep following it.

I easily found maintenance for this. Can you describe where and how you were looking?

I click on the maintenance tab on the order like I always do, says no info available. I can get labor, parts and fluids. 7.0.11

OK. I went directly into ProDemand and it's all there. I've never seen that issue before, but in the future IF you encounter it again, go directly to ProDemand and take a look. may be some linking error.

I went to Identifix. Guess I didn't think of trying to go there seperatly.

I just tried that for the same vehicle, still no record.

Hmmm. Maybe it's one of the qualifiers. Can you provide submodel, drive and engine?

When in ProDemand, it's a little tab down on the lower right.
