if this is the one up under the shield on the fire wall what i use is a blow gun i made. i took an old blow gun of mine and a piece of 1/4" brake line. removed the wand from the blow gun, opened the hole up, epoxied the brake line into it. it's 4' long and i can reach up behind the shield and blow the drain clean. while on the issue of blow guns i also took one and wrapped tape around the shaft (about 1" from the tip). i use this one on the plug wires that pop off the coils on the fords. the "wad" of tape fits snugly into the wire. i spray a blast of wd (nut buster) into the wire, wait a second or two and insert the tip of the blow gun into it and pull the trigger. if not immediately then within 15 seconds the wire blows off the plug. after i made this i was upset because it was so simple and makes my life so much easier and i should have thought of this before...............................

and another tip here is, if you can see the drain from inside the vehicle after pulling back the carpet, drill a 1/8" hole into the tube and using a blow gun clear it out. i put some permatex on a screw and close the hole. there are a/c vent kits available that will work getting the mold smell out. on most applications the air inlet is assessable. i take the shop vac and put the hose into the vent and turn it on. unplug the blower and spray the chemical through the vents as i move the selector from one position to another. most vehicles need to be running. this seems to really get it through the whole box and fully eliminates the smell.
