Customer has complained of losing heat. Just turns cold on its own. Originally changed thermostat and backflushed radiator and heater core. Still same problem. Brought back in shop and with a littler more conversation with customer, changed blend door actuator under dash (old one not closing door all the way). Worked for 6 weeks, now back to same problem. Double checked actuator and it is working fine now. Any ideas would be great!!

You need to determine flow. I have a set of clear hoses in different sizes I install and watch coolant flow. Sounds like low flow. Once that is determined, next is to establish why. Possibilities: blocked core, blocked passage, worn pump impeller, air pocket, etc.

Yup. Go to the hardware store and they'll snip you off a foot of each. Cheap.
