Dodge Caravan 3.8L For 3.3L Engine Swap?

Can a 3.8L be replaced with a 3.3L engine on a dodge caravan, leaving the original computer in the auto?

Check the part number for a 3.3 computer and a 3.8 computer. If they are the same it might work.

My instincts tell me no, but then again I've been wrong. The person I would ask is my go to guy in the salvage yard I use. If you could supply a year maybe I can look into it a bit more.
