Thumbs up!!!
Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me, I want people to know why I look this way. I've traveled a long way, and some of the roads weren't paved.

With Mazda on board I'm sure Ford won't be far behind. This is moving much better than I expected. I like.

We have had a lot of positive feedback on this from the customers that we inform. They love it too.

Hi

Do you folks typically click on the recall button each you see a new vehicle with a recall?

Yes! A couple weeks ago we had a Jeep in that the clutch linkage was broke. While doing an estimate it showed 1 recall. I clicked on it and it was a recall for the exact problem it had.

Every time! And it gets recorded on the Invoice and added to our recommendations.

Out of curiosity, have anyone opened any Mazda recalls, could you recall about how many?

We have not had any Mazda recalls. We do not have a Mazda dealer locally so we do not see all that many of them.

We always click on it and print a copy for the customer. They are ecstatic about it and thank us.
