Will there be a fix for this relatively soon? We had to start not entering the mileage until ready to print invoice.

As soon as is possible. We'll be starting work on fixing this and a few other items this week.

The update installed perfectly on the host computer but I cannot get it to install correctly on any of the workstations. I have downloaded it directly and done it via the prompts when trying to run the workstation software with the old version. It constantly states "The update needs to be installed on your Host computer first. Host Wep Api Service has not ben updated...." The Host is fine-it is running 8.0.1.0 and the database path has not changed. I have restarted the host and the workstations but still it won't take. Any help would be appreciated!

I'm no expert but it sounds like the host didn't get fully done. Support should be able to work this out for you.

The host says it is now 8.0.1.101 and working like normal but who knows-maybe you are right!

Yeah, it sounds like the database got upgraded but one of the services didn't. There's a few background services that run with Manager. WebApi is one of them. If you know where to find your Services, you can try restarting this on your host, but the best solution is to call support.

Haven't got that warning yet, today. But I also see it often.

Every time I transfer parts from the napa catalog to a revision it locks up the computer with a similar message. I also noticed on the workstation when copying and pasting it locks it up with the same message.

I just had it, transfer part from AutoValue, part didn't show up. And like it in the past, i click to a new revision and back to the original one and the part show up
