Shop Reports Update

SHOP REPORTS: We will begin tasking multiple Manager SE customer accounts in groups starting this week to provide shops with access to Shop Reports via new module button added to their ProDemand screen. As with Manager SE updates and the MSEC rollout, we monitor results and then increase the velocity of shop accounts included. If you are keen on having Shop Reports access ASAP and your shop account # hasn't been tasked yet, please contact Mitchell1 tech support to get that enabled.

The Shop Reports Demo clip quickly explains the benefit of the feature, then shows how it is accessed. Shop Reports Configuration also explains the benfit, then walks th user through the security measurs for passwording access and requirements for Shop Reports to be available, then finishes with the steps to get a Shop Report thru ProDemand on their remote browser.
