Revision Changes
New Setup option to update original estimate totals when selling a revision. Setup -> Default Settings -> Update original estimate amount when revision sold
Scheduler Changes
Appointment editor now detects and warns about technicians assigned to multiple, overlapping appointment time slots
1st Mile Payment Processor
New Ability to enabled saved payment accounts. Under the Payment Processor settings for 1st Mile, you can now enable "Saved payment methods for future use"
Once enabled, during the processing of credit cards, can securely save the payment card information (No actual card data is saved. Only an identifier token)
After account(s) have been saved, use customer tab to "Update Customer Status" -> Manage Payment Accounts to remove saved token
If a customer has a saved payment account, both normal payments and batch pay window will allow you to easily the select saved account
Text Message Archive Support
Can now archive a full conversation from Text Message Center dialog, by clicking the archive button
Archived messages are removed from your active conversation list, and only visible when opening up a new conversation to that customer
Improved Fleet Support
New Fleet/Warranty Setup Area (under the Configurations menu -> Fleet Vendor Setup)
Ability to create a global fleet vendor that can be shared across customers
Also able to create a customer specific fleet vendor with local modifications for a single customer (can clone a global one, or directly create a customer one from customer tab fleet vendor/warranty drop down)
This dialog shows posted YTD orders and Total Posted Invoice $ per fleet vendor
Ability to export data to Excel, PDF, or CSV
Ability to configure Fleet Contact information, billing terms, and automatic approval limits
Ability to control what address/billing information shows on Invoices and/or balance Due Report
Balance Due Report
Billing Terms and Due Date can optionally be shown on the balance due statement
Billing Terms are displayed once near the Total Balance Due at bottom of statement
Due Date is only shown in top section, separate Due Date for each invoice
Addressee can be changed based on setup for associated 3rd party
Fleet Vendor Name for top line (replacing Company)
Fleet Vendor Billing Attention for second line (replacing Customer Name)
Address, City, State, Zip in same locations
When set to prompt, the "Use Fleet Vendor’s Address" Prompt will now occur once per each customer
When converting from EST to RO if shop owner exceeds configured automatic approval limits, will prompt service advisor to get approval
Main Invoice template report has been modified to show the Fleet Vendor and Attention instead of Cust\Company when a fleet is assigned to a customer
The display of the Fleet VehicleID (Fleet #) was added to several screens

Fixed slowdown from prior release in several of the Customer Reports (e.g. Customer Activity Report, Customer E-mail list by Last Name)

Follow Up Reports when run for a single day will now return correct data
Correctly set default service advisor when creating new appointments from order
