Happy New Year from everyone at Mitchell 1!
In the past few weeks you may have noticed forum responses from a new member 'megoff' so I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce him to you all.
His name is Geoffrey Moore and he started working with Mitchell 1 back in 2017 as a Technical Support Agent. Through the years, he's been working with the support team to improve our processes and streamline troubleshooting/resolution to problems. Since then he's created multiple workflow processes and tools that tech support uses daily to help assist customers. Today his role is as the tech support liaison (the go to guy) also interfacing with the Mitchell 1 development team on product specifics.
Geoffrey is assuming Silky 7 (Dan Johnson)'s moderator role on this forum. Please join me in welcoming Geoffrey!

Welcome to the show pal. Auto/truck repair can be extremely frustrating at times but by the same token, it can be a rewarding experience. Especially when we can draw from the input and help from others. As a moderator, your direction is a great asset for us. So, I look forward to more of ur contribution to this highly successful and helpful forum.
