Was looking up labour for a 92 Honda Predlude SI for a clutch re&re, and notice it is saying with or without ATTS...

What is ATTS, and how am I supposed to know if it has it or not?

Thanking you in advance

Basically this is what it is, it goes on to explain more so in detail, length of vehicle, etc., production years... However, now I need to figure out, How do I know if the vehicle has it or not, as per looking up proper re&re time for the clutch, as this ATTS seems to make a difference in doing so.

The Honda Prelude features a world-first drive system - Active Torque Transfer System (ATTS) - for superior cornering performance in a front-drive car. Prelude also features a first-in-class Sequential Shift automatic transmission with a semi-automatic sequential gearshift for sports driving.

It is a 1992 Prelude SI, when I go to the part/labor guide within the program and check out re&re clutch, flywheel, what have you, it asks with or without ATTS, I am trying to determine how do I find out if it has it or not. ? It goes from 5.6 hrs to 8.1 hrs, never mind any additional time or combinations. that search that was provided is where I got the description of it, however, still not sure how do I tell if it has it. Hard to quote this job ;(

We'd call the Honda dealer and ask.

again i'm assuming here that you are going to purchase the clutch package from the dealer. i think the flywheel is the only difference.

If it has ATTS it should have an ATTS fuse and an ATTS light on the dash.

Only Prelude type SH had ATTS.

Here is a picture of the ATTS unit.
