Hello Import Specialist,

We have a 02 Toyota Echo with a problem we can't find: the car does not get used much, but is it sits for more then 4 days, go to start and the battery is dead, has a new battery, checked for a draw a few times - none detected, checked to make sure lights are not on - problem still happening - Have any of you come accross something light this before

Could you tell us exactly what the draw on the system is? 20mA? 50mA?
Toyota does not provide a spec for draw, but usually no more than 50mA is allowed.
Is there a problem with the radio too? These are known for shorted wires to the rear speakers in the trunk causing a draw intermittently.

I've also had to replace a few of these radios because of the "phantom" draw.

Good. That should speak volumes.
