Does this Rav have a year?

What are the fuel trims at idle? Then at 2000 rpm?

just a quick look i found there are updated a/f ratio sensors. not for this specific code but on the other hand it does cover slow responses. did this person happen to fill the tank with "alternate fuel"?

Year Of truck 2001 2.0 L Vin H

Steve its a rare car or truck that stumps me. I'm of the opinion to replace both B1B2 sensors as may be this guy leaded them. They are very slow to respond to lean or rich driven commands as we have created the vacuum leaks and also enriched with propane. My tech is asking for an ECU, I don't think it will change much. The owner showed me history on the truck at 30K they replaced the ECU. It has 100K now? I just think it should have coded the ECU. Maybe this is it's way of saying it. I'm going to spring for the sensors first! I'll post later!

Double check the MAF sensor again. I've replaced lots of MAF sensors for this problem. Sometimes a cleaning will help. MAF is easy and cheap. See if your vendor will let you pop one in and try it. If not, then I agree with trying the A/F ratio sensors.

wow, a fix posted in a prudent manner. my day is starting on a good note. on a side note, i'm noticing more and more sensor failure because of low quality or inferior air filters. i'm seeing air filters that appear to be heavily oiled to add to particle capture. i'm wondering if it's helping coat the exposed portion of the sensor causing particle contamination. along with this i see build up of soot/dirt/crapola on the sides of the air inlet tube after the filter. i'm also seeing a lot of improperly installed filters and not shockingly seeing the lube stickers from two or three major chain "lube shacks".

Yes Steven I think you're right to some respect, but Toyota MAFs have a high failure rate - even with clean factory air filters. I think its a flaw in manufacturing or design.
