Has anyone run into problems with 2009 Tacoma door stops that get damaged on hard swings open (i.e. wind). We have had several that subsequently cause the window rail to get damaged. This prevents the window from rolling down. I'm interested in any upgrade solution. Thanks, Tom.

never had it happen but i can see how it can happen. if it were me i'd attach a deflector to keep the bent arm from getting tangled in the regulator. develop it and approach toyota with it, give me my 10% and we'll start a development company. speaking for myself here, i've seen "new" wrenches being sold, some very successfully, that look like wrenches i made to do what these wrenches do. i have a drawer full of "kiser wrenches and sockets" that shops that i'm friendly with use on a regular basis.
