2007 Toyota Tundra - 5.7L Serp. Belt Wear

We have a Tundra that is wearing out belt regularly. P.S. pump pulley appears to be out of line with other pulleys but we can't detect why.

see if the pulley is flush with the shaft. what's the history on this?

I'd guess someone had that pulley off and didn't get it quite right. I have one of those laser alignment tools for pulleys. Works great.

Customer just recently purchased the vehicle so we don't have any history. Thanks, we'll check the pulley.
